Dr. Freeman is known for his expertise in Facial Rejuvenation as well as his remarkable experience in Breast Surgery and Body Contouring. Dr. Freeman also specializes in full body rejuvenation procedures following the impact of pregnancy ("Mommy Makeovers") or significant weight loss. He personally delivers a full range of Non Surgical Aesthetic Services including BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® Injectable Gel, Radiesse®, Artefill®, cosmeceuticals, skin care, and laser treatments for spider or varicose veins.
Dr. Freeman graduated with Honors from the University of Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Freeman published 4 articles in major surgical journals and presented his research at 2 different national meetings, while only a medical student.
Dr. Freeman secured a competitive position as a surgery resident at the prestigious Mayo Clinic. During this five year period, he authored numerous surgical papers, presented at several national meetings and was awarded the Excellence in Teaching award. Aesthetic & Laser Fellowship |
On his return to the U.S., Dr. Freeman was awarded the opportunity to work in Los Angeles with the internationally recognized (and often televised) plastic surgeon, Dr. Grant Stevens. Under his guidance, he learned advanced techniques in breast surgery, body contouring and laser therapy. While in L.A., Dr. Freeman appeared on several television programs with his mentor including Entertainment Tonight and The Insider, authored 5 separate papers on cosmetic plastic surgery, and worked with several other 'surgeons to the stars' in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills.
Following his training, Dr. Freeman was Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons and began practice in the resort town of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. After considerable experience in an exclusive cosmetic practice, Dr. Freeman decided to join Dr. Catherine Durboraw at The Center for Aesthetics in Idaho Falls and to establish a presence in the communities of Jackson Hole, Sun Valley and Twin Falls. He looks forward to bringing the most up to date advances in aesthetic plastic surgery to his patients and to help set the standard for plastic surgery in Idaho.
Dr. Freeman has also actively pursued a role in service to his community. He has worked with Habitat for Humanity, staffed free medical clinics for the indigent and volunteered for several international medical mission trips. Most recently he traveled to Vietnam and Thailand where his team corrected cleft lip and palate deformities in infants and young children.
